Mature, fresh white garlic’s are washed, trimmed, cut, and dehydrated by Forced Convection Heat Transfer process (passing Hot Air by forced circulation using blowers in a Closed Continuous System).
Dehydrated garlic can be added directly to most of the foods or blended with salt, pepper, and other seasonings.

These are used in Pizza and other fast foods, snack foods, food service packs, stuffing mixes, pickled products, meat products, seafood products, gravies, canned foods, salad dressing, dips, bottle packs, pet food, rice mixes, soups, potato salads, seasoning and in many other snacks or as ingredients.
